President Trump Signs the Executive Order on Promoting Free Speech and Religious Liberty, GREAT! And among other cherished values, the First Amendment protects freedom of speech. BUT the U.S. Supreme Court often has struggled to determine what exactly constitutes protected speech. So what is the darn use for such an Executive Order? Meaningless!! Many a time we witnessed, even if the perpetrators blared out from their foul mouth without any form of restraint to either incite actions that would harm others and or making libel and slanderous statements charging the plaintiff with having committed a crime or a crime of moral turpitude, the 'great and magnanimous' Americans together with their so-called law and equal justice just "moved on".
We saw Brett Kavanagh, a very respectable family man, and a great judge (public official), on the receiving end by members of the Democrats (including mainstream medias) who take turns to unleashed numerous creative statements imputing him is unchaste and has engaged in sexual misconduct, even when the allegation was uncorroborated and cannot be proven. Till today, the American justice system have yet to prosecute any of the perpetrators. Preposterous? Now the President is in the process of receiving foul statements imputing him has probably acted improperly or committed misconduct in regards to their trade, occupation, profession, or business. Another witch hunt. Let us watch this video.
"We need quick justice and we need strong justice — much quicker and much stronger than we have right now — because what we have right now is a joke, and it's a laughingstock," Trump said at the meeting.
The laws governing FREE SPEECH must punish perpetrators who are:
- Defamer, or
And punish them under what is known as ORDER 14. Meaning, a summary judgment procedural device available for prompt and expeditious disposition of action by DOJ or a counterclaim by the Defendant (i.e. Democrats and mainstream media host show reporters), without a trial where there is no dispute as to the fact and law, notwithstanding the First Amendment! This is an efficacious and expeditious procedure enabling the DOJ and Supreme Court to dispose of an action where the Defendant's defense is clearly unsustainable in law or on the facts, thus obviating the need for a full trial.
Sorry, The TRUTH Hurts
Talk and talk and talk is an outright waste of time, money and resources. Why the Senate, DOJ and Supreme Court likes to make the U.S. House Committee on the Judiciary looks like a stupid barking dog. Don't these representatives have some decent self-dignity and also "BALLS" when they have the knowledge and a good understanding of the Constitutions and Laws? Learned people serving in the Senate, DOJ and the Supreme Court are the biggest culprits for making US Laws most INCREDULOUSLY LEERY in the world - "Nothing is more frightening than an empty vessel in power." You are appointed to SERVE the nation with your knowledge but NOT from an empty vessel. Really SHAME on you all! No wonder the world DON'T RESPECT America and its Laws - full of BULL S*HIT.
And the best part is when the people-in-office dispensing the US Laws suddenly awoken, they simply have a habit of 'biting' the wrong people first. Until their mouth is full of 'hairs' then they start to get it right. It also goes along with their logic in SENTENCING - either too much or too little. This is America. Foreign investors are 100% right to shun this country - i.e. if you have millions, better off putting your money where the country's laws have a full set of "strong and white teeth". President Trump is right about American manufacturing firms are coming back. That is because they can bear the incredulous bull s*hit.

WHAT HAPPENED NEXT?
The victim is merrily in the process of realizing his American Dream.
The Washington Post published a curious editor’s note last week admitting it had made a series of bad mistakes in January when it falsely reported, based on unreliable social media posts, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, that a group of Covington Catholic High School student had harassed a Native American protester in the nation’s capital.
Not good enough, say the attorneys for Nick Sandmann, the Covington student who was singled out more than any other during the height of the supposed scandal.
Efforts by the Post to “whitewash its wrongdoing were untimely, grossly insufficient and did little more than perpetuate the lies it published — lies that will haunt and adversely impact Nicholas for the rest of his life,” said attorneys L. Lin Wood and Todd McMurtry, who have brought a $250 million defamation lawsuit against the newspaper.
Too little, too late, say Sandmann’s lawyers.
“The Post did not have the integrity to unequivocally admit its negligent and reckless violations of fundamental journalistic standards documented by its complete failure to investigate the incident at the National Mall before publishing lies about a child,” their statement reads, citing the paper’s own Policies and Standards manual. “The Post did not have the character to apologize to Nicholas and seek his forgiveness.”
They added, “Highlighting its arrogance and lack of contrition, the Post announced its “deletion” of one of its false and defamatory tweets about the incident and Nicholas by re-posting the tweet so that its lies will also forever remain available on the Internet and in social media.”
The letter continued, alleging that the Post’s Johnny-come-lately editor’s note shows the paper hasn’t actually learned anything from the Covington ordeal.
“False accusations against an adult destroy a lifetime of accomplishments. False accusations against children forever rob them of their inherent right to define their lives for themselves and force them to suffer a life tainted and damaged by the permanent shadow of the lies,” Sandmann’s lawyers said.
They concluded by remarking that the Post had doubled down on its lies, writing, "As Nicholas’s lawyers, we will now double down on truth and aggressively continue our legal efforts to hold the Post accountable and obtain justice for Nicholas in a court of law.” Sandmann is suing the Post for exactly as much as Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos paid in 2013 when he purchased the paper - US$ 250 million.
